Enda Nolan

Enda is the Managing Partner. He is a graduate of NUI, Galway. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2004.  Enda has extensive litigation experience at all levels. He deals primarily with defence litigation matters and medical negligence cases.

Maeve Joyce

Maeve is the Partner in charge of the probate, taxation and residential conveyancing department. A graduate of University College Cork, Maeve was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003 and previously worked with firms in Dublin and County Clare before joining the firm in 2004. Maeve’s practice areas are probate and residential and commercial conveyancing. She also advises clients in relation to making wills and estate planning. 

J. Gerard Allen

Gerry is a graduate of University College Dublin, and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979.  Gerry has extensive litigation experience, having led the defence litigation team in another well-established Galway law firm for in excess of 25 years.  He deals primarily with defence litigation matters and has significant experience also in the area of defamation.


Maeve Walsh

Maeve is a graduate of NUI, Galway and trained as a solicitor in Galway City before moving to join a large Dublin law firm on qualification. After spending a decade working in Dublin firms, Maeve returned to Galway.  She has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, together with dispute resolution. Maeve works in our litigation department dealing mainly with defence litigation matters.

Maria Dillon

Maria is a graduate of NUI, Galway and the University of London. She has considerable experience in general practice, and she is a recognised expert in Wardship, Health & Social Care law, and the law relating to Vulnerable Adults & Children. Maria is a Chairperson of Mental Health Tribunals, a Member of the Law Society Mental Health and Capacity Task Force, and Vice- Chair of Solicitors for the Elderly.
